Well I am on week #2 of the challenge and is is called:
"Dare to Dream!"

Dare to Dream … I have a dream!

I have several dreams but I am going to focus of four today.

Supplement my income: Like many of us who started selling on TpT we were just trying to earn extra money for our family doing something that makes us happy!  I love creating and if it helps my family make our ends meet, I’m in!  I also LOVE that teachers around the world are interested and using materials that I have made. That right there is a HUGE compliment! So the supplement of income and sharing are my number one reasons for becoming a TpT seller!  It would be AMAZING to work on the store more often but I don't think I would want to leave teaching. I love those kids too much!

Fix up my house: Some of my readers know that a few years ago our house flooded 3 times from broken pipes under the foundation… You would think it is all an easy fix, but it has really been a long road to get it all under control and get our house back on track. I dream of not worrying if  will be walking in water.  We are still living on concrete floors as we make decisions of what to put down and save the money for it.  We also had a patio covering collapse in Hurricane Ike.  I would love to rebuild it!

Do something AMAZING for my parents: My parents have been there every step of the way.  They always have supported me both financially and emotionally!  I would love to give them a trip that they would enjoy. My sister in law gave her parents a trip to Hawaii … I wish I had the money to do that for my parents.

Go to Disney World: One of my favorite trips is Disney.  I really want to take my kids back.  We have not gone in over two years when my parents took us.  The kids have been asking to go back and I would love to take them! I would also love for my parents to be able to go with us.

I would love for you to go to the challenge and link up to tell about your dreams!
Have a very HAPPY Week!
I hope your dreams come true!
Karen

  2. DISNEY WORLD! How could I forget!? I've never been, but would LOVE to go - with my kids, and without my kids once!
Supplement income is one of my goals as well! I have noticed this on several blogs now, and when I think about it, it sometimes makes me nuts that teachers have to work so hard. I bet there aren't any professional athletes looking for ways to supplement THEIR incomes! LOL
Oh well. Such is life. I wish you success in your TPT adventure. Dream big!

    1. Mindy,
Thanks so much for stopping by! Supplementing income so tough especially with so many spouses out of work, Things can be very tight. It is a shame that teachers have to experience this on such a HUGE level. TPT is really helping in that area for my family. I wish you great success, too!
      Have a very HAPPY summer!
