My
trip to Vegas was a BLAST!!! I had a ton of fun, learned so much my brain hurt, and met lots of talented and
AMAZING people!
Let me take you through my trip ...
Let
me start by saying … I am a nervous flyer! I do not fly that often.
The
trip over was very bumpy and the guy next to me made several trips to the
bathroom. It was a tough flight.
I was very happy to land and as soon as I turned my phone on it went... Cha-Ching! It was perfect timing!
Here I am heading to the airport, my Harry Potter luggage tag, and me in the plane with Ashley!
Another reason for going to Vegas was celebrating Andrew (my baby) turning 21!!! Happy Birthday, Andrew! I love you!
When
we got to Vegas we quickly checked in at Treasure Island and then I was off!
I spent most of my days at The Venetian!
My
first stop was a Meet and Greet @ B&B.
YUM!!! I meet several really sweet teachers at my table. This picture does not even represent half of the people that attended this event!
Look at everyone having a TERRIFIC time!
Lots of networking going on... I was so nervous!
The
next stop was the Blogger Meet-up!
1000
teachers in one room! It was a little
overwhelming but super fun! I was star struck by all of the AMAZING and very supportive bloggers/teacherpreneurs that
I met!
I also won a door prize! Lucky me!!!
Here are some peeps that I was so excited to meet, too!
So blessed to know them!
Here I am with my partner-in-crime, Caprice! She was so much fun and I felt like I had known her for years. We talked non-stop!
That
night I went to sleep a little early for being in Vegas. The
next morning, it was off to the “Welcome” session which was very motivational
and set the conference off to a good start.
All
of the sessions I attended were very well organized and full of valuable
information.
I
appreciate the time they took to prepare and present.
Many people gave out fun gifts along the way!
I had to pack in my families suitcases to get it all home, too.
Here are some of the gifts I received:
After
the conference was over, it was time to hang out with the family! They were already experts at getting around
Vegas!
We
got to go see Jeff Dunham and he was FABULOUS!!!
A little gambling with my mom... we both lost our money!
I participated in #bloghoppin2015 while I was there, too! LOL!
Coming
home ~ I feel inspired to plan, organize, create, and work hard! I have a bunch of thank yous to write! Some of the people I met have no idea how much their gifts mean to me! Working with TPT is a blessing and being surrounded by so many talented and supportive teachers makes my heart smile!
I am so thankful to everyone who is following me along this journey! If you want to start your TPT journey but don't know where to begin, contact me! I would love to help you!!!
